LNS may store and use your data to share with you new products, company news, events and sales quotes. You will only receive emails if you have specifically opted to do so and you may opt out of receiving any or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send or by contacting our Data Controller.
2.3 Processing of the Child’s Data
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 (“Children”). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact our Data Controller. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
Where the child is below the age of 16 years, processing shall be lawful only if and to the extent that consent is given or authorized by the holder of parental responsibility over the child.
2.4 Retention of your Data
We are required under Swiss law to keep your personal data for ten years after which time it will be destroyed. This may include but is not limited to:

3. Your Rights
3.1 Access to your Personal Data
LNS Group aims to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Data.
Unless subject to an exemption under the GDPR and Canada and USA legislation, you have the following rights with respect to your Personal Data:
- Access and receive a copy of Personal Data we hold about you in a commonly used electronic format ;
- Rectify any Personal Data held about you that is inaccurate or out of date ;
- Request the deletion of Personal Data held about you ;
- Request that the Data Controller where possible, to transmit that data directly to another Data Controller ;
- The right, where there is a dispute in relation to the accuracy or processing of your personal data, to request a restriction is placed on further processing ;
- Unsubscribe from receiving future emails.

Whenever made possible, you can update your Personal Data directly within your account settings section.
Please note that we may ask you to verify your identity before responding to such requests.
We do not charge for this service and your request will be processed within 7 business days of the date on which we receive it and in any event no more than one month. That period may be extended by two further months where necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of the requests.
3.2 Withdraw your Consent
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time but this will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before your withdrawal.
3.3 Right to Complain to a Data Protection Authority
If you are not satisfied with our response or believe we are processing your Personal Data not in accordance with the law you have the right to make a complaint directly to a supervisory authority within their own country.
3.4 Personal Data Breaches and Notification
In case of Personal Data breach, our Data Controller must communicate with affected Data Subject within 72 hours of discovering the data breach unless one of the three exemptions is satisfied:
- The breach is unlikely to result in a high risk for the rights and freedoms of data subjects;
- Appropriate technical and organizational protection were in place at the time of the incident (e.g. encrypted data);
- This would trigger disproportionate efforts (instead a public information campaign or “similar measures” should be relied on so that affected individuals can be effectively informed.
In order to be in line with Fair Information Practices and in accordance with the GDPR we also agree to the Individuals Redress Principle, which requires that individuals have the right to pursue legally enforceable rights against data collectors and processors who fail to adhere to the law. This principle requires not only that individuals have enforceable rights against data users, but also that individuals have recourse to courts or government agencies to investigate and/or prosecute non-compliance by data processors.
4. Service Providers and Analytics
We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (“Service Providers”), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.
These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. Your Personal Data are only processed by the authorized personnel.

5. “Do Not Track” Signals
