An independent study has shown that PhaSep’s patented oil removal technology will improve metal working fluid life by at least 100%, reducing the need for new coolant. Coolant disposal cost is eliminated and tool life is increased by up to 25%. Clean coolant does not need replacing and is a much more efficient lubricant adding to tool life.

LNS AMERICA QUICK LOAD 80 S2 BAR FEEDER
The Quick Load Servo 80 S2 is designed for automatic loading of spindle length bars up to 63″ and 3-1/8″ in diameter without exceeding the spindle length, fully electric and does not require shop air, equipped with an automatic diameter changing system with linear motors and LNS servo motor technology. Centerline and bar loading fingers adjust automatically as the new bar diameter is entered in the prompting remote HMI. No manual adjustment is required reducing changeover time to a minimum.

LNS AMERICA EXPRESS CHANGEOVER
2-minutes for partial changeovers for bar stock diameters within the .4″ (10 mm) guiding channel range. Simply follow the prompts on the remote control to enter the shape, bar diameter, part length and guiding channel ID. The Express 332 S2 does the rest.
Less than 8-minutes for a complete changeover (outside the guiding element range) the new pusher and guiding elements need to be installed. Designed for very fast changeovers, no manual adjustment and no tools are necessary.
